Design & Quote
Our experienced sales team will happily guide you through the sales process and are available for consultation meetings to understand and help you with your needs.
We can advise on the suitability of the preferred colour and surface finish for your application and we can provide any technical information you might need for your design. We can also provide you with samples; sample racks & displays are available for kitchen showrooms.

Order Management
Once you are happy and have accepted our quotation, confirm your order in writing to your sales person with your preferred templating and installation dates.
Our sales team will raise your order and our production and installations department will contact you to discuss and facilitate your requirements.
For new trade clients we will also contact you and ask for a credit account application form to be completed so that we can get your account credit terms up and running
Template
We offer nationwide templating services and our teams are equipped with state of the art laser templating systems.
On the day we ask for the customer or a designated person to be on site so that our fitters can discuss and capture all your design and worktop requirements.
It is important that the units are fixed in their final positions and the appliances must be disconnected and temporary work surfaces need to be removed to allow free access for the fitter to template for the new surfaces. We ask for all the accessories, sinks, taps and hobs to be on site so that we can confirm the locations and details on the design.
Once the template is completed our fitter will forward the templates to our production team to process them and produce manufacturing drawings and programs for our CNC machinery. Any alterations to the original quotes designs will be discussed with you and costs variations would be confirmed for these alterations or additions prior to us manufacturing the worktops.
Signed off templates do not require drawing approval, Bluestone can supply a production drawing for referencing purposes.
Please note that its is very important that nothing changes on site between the template visit and the installation date, as this can cause the worktops not to fit correctly.

Fabrication
Our highly trained and skilled craftsmen will manufacture your worktops using state of the art machinery and industry leading software.
With our laser templating systems the template files are transformed by our technical team into programs for the CNC machinery. This provides a high quality and accurate finish.
The worktops are then finished by a fabricator and passed to the final stages for quality inspections and checked for accuracy against the templates. Once the process is completed the worktops are packaged and transferred to dispatch.

Installation

We offer nationwide installation services with our own in house and highly trained fitters.
On the day, its important that we have clear access to the area where the work surfaces are to be fitted. We will need all the accessories, sinks and taps on site and we also ask for the customer or a designated person to be on site to sign the worktops off.

Care & Maintenance
Bluestone’s worktop products are manufactured to the highest standards, and with basic care and maintenance, your worktops can last for many years to come.
In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, Bluestone is an approved fabricator and installer for all market-leading worktop brands, and we can offer you the full manufacturer’s warranties for any replacements or repairs.
